Q8 and restaurant concept NOAHS have just launched a joint food station in Korsør, Denmark. This new partnership aims to merge convenience and quality at a time when Danes are increasingly seeking quick yet flavorful meal solutions.

The Korsør opening marks the next step in Q8’s ambition to transform its service stations into modern food oases. Located right off the highway, the station now features a fully equipped NOAHS kitchen, digital ordering, a lounge area, and an international menu.

“Foodvenience” on the Rise

According to Q8, the demand for “foodvenience”—a fusion of fast food and convenience—is rising rapidly. With this in mind, Q8 wants to offer freshly prepared meals that customers can enjoy in stylish lounge spaces or have delivered directly to their doorstep.

Rødovre Success Paved the Way

NOAHS opened its first location in 2024 at a Q8 station in Rødovre, which quickly became a success. The station’s food revenue quadrupled, driven mainly by orders through platforms like Just Eat and Wolt. Today, more than half of Rødovre’s sales are digital.

Daniel Baven, founder and CEO of NOAHS, sees the Korsør launch as a natural extension. He notes that demand is growing for food that is easy, fast, and thoughtfully made.

Mexican, Italian, and American on the Menu

The new Korsør location offers dishes inspired by Mexican, Italian, and American cuisines, catering to both local customers and commuters.
